Privacy without fine print
Your reservation file stays on your device.
Your CSV is read inside your browser. The file and its reservation rows are not uploaded to us.
We store only a purchase-session reference, a generated license key, and its activation status.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are never received or stored by Turnover Sheet.

Which reservation files work?
Turnover Sheet supports Airbnb-style reservation CSVs and many exports with common property, check-in, checkout, status, and guest-count headings. Try the sample first if you want to see the format.
What happens to canceled reservations?
Rows marked canceled or cancelled are removed automatically so they do not create unnecessary cleaning jobs.
Does my cleaner need an account?
No. Copy the formatted cleaner message, send the exported CSV, or share a printed PDF using the tools you already use.
Why not send my cleaner the original reservation CSV?
Booking exports can include canceled stays, financial columns, guest details, confirmation codes, and rows that are difficult to scan. Turnover Sheet creates a smaller handoff focused on the cleaning date, property, timing, guest count, and same-day risk.
What is included free?
You can process a file, preview up to five turnovers, and generate a cleaner message. Pro unlocks every row plus CSV and print/PDF exports.
Is the $9 payment recurring?
No. The founding Pro offer is a one-time purchase with no subscription or per-property charge.
Can I use Pro on another device?
Yes. Save the license key shown after purchase and enter it on the other device using “Already purchased? Enter license.”
